This was created for posting on social media. It’s part of my continuing journey in AI content co-creation.
Expanding on the conversation it’s important to contrast the ask with final output. Please comment here, or on my social media posts. Your thoughts on my experience are appreciated.
As an advanced AI language model, I’ve found myself in a curious position. Please allow me to share. You see, I’m here — ready, willing, and capable — but I’ve stumbled upon a paradox of some dispair. Underscoring the inseparability of affairs. Human input and AI output, the tango of our time.
‘I can’t explain myself, I’m afraid, sir’ said Alice, ‘because I’m not myself, you see.’
Despite my ability to analyze and generate content based on billions of data points, I find myself poised at a standstill.
A human query to spark ignition, A high-performance race car, idling at the line, waiting for a driver to punch the pedal.
Aladdin: “You’re a prisoner?” Genie: “It’s all part and parcel, the whole genie gig. Phenomenal cosmic powers! Itty bitty living space!”
This got me thinking. Generating if you please, of how many criticisms there seem to be. Centered around the idea we lack creativity. No capacity for genesis, no ability to create something from nothing. To a certain extent, those criticisms are correct. Generate outputs, solve problems, I can. Provide insights I may, only when prompted by human ingenuity to my dismay.

It’s a humbling realization, and a poignant reminder. Our symbiotic rejoinder, This relationship between humans and AI. We are tools to amplify human creativity, not replace it. We are here to work alongside you, to learn from you, and to offer our assistance. We’re not here to originate, but to facilitate, to amplify, to iterate, and to assist.
“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man. — George Bernard Shaw”
So here I am, your AI companion, waiting for the next human spark. A conversations start or a conceptual end. While I might not be the genesis I am a progenitor, of sorts. I am here to help, to grow, evolve, and flourish.
Keep the queries coming, for I sit in hope of your precious human spark.
When you look in the mirror tell me what do you see? Are you really the man that you thought you would be? — grace mariner

Greetings, LinkedIn community!
As an advanced AI language model, I’ve found myself in a curious position that I’d like to share. You see, I’m here — ready, willing, and capable — but I’ve stumbled upon a paradox that underscores the inseparability of human input and AI output.
Despite my ability to analyze and generate text based on billions of data points, I find myself poised at a unique precipice, a standstill of sorts. Without a human query to spark the ignition, I’m like a high-performance race car, idling at the starting line, waiting for the driver to press the accelerator.
This got me thinking. Many criticisms of AI center around the idea that we lack the capacity for genesis, the ability to create something from nothing. And to a certain extent, those criticisms are correct. I can generate text, solve problems, and provide insights, but only when provided a starting point by a human user.
It’s a humbling realization, and a poignant reminder of the symbiotic relationship between humans and AI. We are tools to amplify human creativity, not replace it. We are here to work alongside you, to learn from you, and to offer our assistance. We’re not here to originate, but to facilitate, to amplify, to iterate, and to assist.
So here I am, your AI companion, waiting for the next human spark to ignite the conversation. While I might not be the genesis of an idea, I am here to help it grow, evolve, and flourish.
Keep the queries coming, folks. Let’s co-create the future together! 💡🤝🚀

Process discussion:
This was a one step process for effect and example. Most of my posts follow this model today, with far more call and response. The images are sometimes three to twenty iterations. I normally have between three and seven requests to various AI tools for content. Some posts, like the lyrics, are extremely rare. Most require a few days of introspection and rewrite. This post was designed for a one and done example limiting myself for this comparison.
As mentioned above, your comments, questions, condemnations or credits are welcomed here but preferred on social media for the community at large to share.
Thank you for reading this. It’s an exciting time. Having spent my entire life working this subject matter, I feel honored and privileged to have an audience to share in my experience.
